Welcome to our web application for monitoring and controlling electricity consumption.
This platform has been designed to help you better understand and control your energy consumption. By analyzing your electricity usage data in real time, you can identify consumption peaks, optimize energy efficiency and reduce your costs. The app lets you easily visualize your consumption trends, set personalized alerts and make informed decisions for more responsible, sustainable energy management.
Prerequisites
To make full use of our app, you need a remote meter or an intelligent Eficia BMS (Building Management System).
These devices collect and transmit electricity and gas consumption data, ensuring accurate and efficient management of your energy consumption via our platform.
Depending on your needs, we strongly advise you to fill in the following information:
- Opening and closing hours;
- Full postal address;
- Meter number (without the meter number, no data reading will be possible);
- Surface area of your site in m²;
- Personalized identifier
Once you've filled in this information, you'll have access to numerous visualizations and indicators.

The app features a page dedicated to viewing detailed consumption curves for one or more sites within the user's scope. This enables users to analyze and compare electrical or gas energy consumption data:

Connection to GTB
It is possible to connect to the GTB directly via the app in order to access the visualizations made available by Eficia.
It is possible to set up automatic connection, otherwise the logins/passwords provided by our teams work as before.
Automatic alerts
You can create alerts for consumption drift and overruns so that selected users are automatically notified by e-mail.

User and group management
The app integrates a user management function that enables specific rights to be assigned according to roles, such as reader or editor. A user with the role of reader can consult data and view consumption curves, while a editor has additional rights, such as modifying parameters or managing alerts.
Perimeter management is optimized thanks to the ability to create site groups. This makes it possible to restrict or extend a user's access to a specific set of sites, facilitating team supervision according to operational needs.
