What does it do?
The Tickets page lists all the tickets created to resolve problems encountered on a site.
Prerequisites
In order to view this page, you must be an Eficia customer and request activation of this page from your Eficia project manager.
How do I access it?
Site tracking > Miscellaneous > Tickets
How does it work?
A line in the table represents a service ticket created on your site.
The characteristics listed for each line are as follows:
- Status: progress in resolving the problem encountered
- Date created: date the problem was reported
- Category: category of problem encountered
- Subject: title of the problem encountered
- Resolution: if resolved, type of resolution carried out
- Description: description of the problem encountered
- Comments: exchanges between the various parties involved in resolving the problem encountered
