What's it for?
The page Electricity bills allows customers to consult their detailed electricity bills, adjusted prorated for a better understanding of costs. It provides a clear view of consumption over specific periods, making it easier to track and manage energy expenses.
Prerequisites
- You must be a customer Eficia
- Access to this page requires activation. Please contact your project manager to activate this feature.
- Invoices must be sent to Eficia for processing.
How do I get there?
Follow-up > Accounting > Electricity bills
Follow-up > Accounting > Electricity invoices
How does it work?
You can display your invoice data over several years using the selector at the top left of the page.
Monthly data is displayed as a graph and table.
The data type is selected at the top left of the graph and table. Please notetypes are not synchronized between table and graph.
The available data types are :
- Consumption (kWh)
- Total excluding VAT (€)
- Transmission tariff contribution (€)
- CSPE (€)
Frequently asked questions
Why are the data displayed by Eficia different from those on my invoice?
The data is prorated. As invoices are not always issued from the first to the last day of the month, values may differ slightly.
Why can't I see my most recent data?
Please ensure that your invoices have been sent. Our teams may take several weeks to process them. If the delay is abnormally long, contact your Eficia project manager.
