What's it for?
The page Profile page of the Eficia application allows all users to view and modify their personal information, as well as manage their language preferences. It also provides an overview of the organizations with which the user is affiliated, and enables new organizations to be created if required.
Prerequisites
To access and modify the information on this page, you must :
- Be logged in with your Eficia user account.
How can I access it?
From the side navigation bar, click on Settings (at the bottom, under your username) then on the pencil icon next to Profile to access the edit page.
How does it work?

Modify Profile Information :
- On this page, you can view the e-mail address associated with your Eficia account.
- To add or modify the first and last names, enter the information in the corresponding fields and click on the button Validate to save changes.

Organizations and Access Rights :
- The section Organizations section lists the organizations to which you have access, along with your specific role (for example : Organization A - Administrator).
- Note that you cannot add yourself to an existing organization. However, if you wish to create a new organization, you can click on Add a new organization in the left-hand menu.

Language Selection :
- On the right of the page Profilepage, you can choose the language in which the application is displayed. The available options are : French, Spanish, Italian, English, German, Dutch and Portuguese.
- Select the desired language by ticking the appropriate box. The language change is immediately applied to the application interface.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my e-mail address from this page?
No, the e-mail address associated with your account cannot be changed from the Profile. To change your e-mail address, please contact Eficia support.
How can I add a new organization to my profile?
To create a new organization, click on Add a new organization in the left-hand menu under My organizations. Once the organization has been created, you can access and manage it from your profile.
