What's it for?
The Harmony Logs page lets you view Eficia BMS logs. This page is particularly useful for equipment maintenance.
Prerequisites
To view this page, you must be an Eficia customer and ask your Eficia project manager to activate this page.
For each site, the logs must be made visible by an Eficia agent.
How to access them?
Follow-up > Equipment > Other
How does it work?
Selectors
Objects : The objects visible on this site will appear here. Multiple objects can be selected.
Period : Select the period of interest here.
Data graph
Selected objects will appear as a graph over time.
Table
Selected logs are ordered by default from most recent to oldest.
There are 3 columns:
- Log date and time
- Object name
- Object value
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't the page display any data?
It is likely that the logs for the site you are visiting have not been made available. Request access to energycenter@eficia.com.
Can I export this data?
Yes, use the export function in the top right-hand corner of the table or graph to download the data for in-depth analysis.
