What's it for?
This page allows you to compare several groups of sites within your organization, based on energy performance indicators. This enables you to identify at a glance which groups of sites consume the most (or the least) according to their surface area, climate and opening hours.
The main indicator highlighted by default is the ratio kW/m²/DJU/h.ouv, also known as performance indicator . It is used to objectively compare very different sites (size, location, weather, use), by standardizing their energy consumption.
Prerequisites
In order to consult this page, you must be an Eficia [Pro] customer and equipped with an Eficia BMS.
Your organization uses groups to segment its sites.
For each site you need:
-
-
A surface area entered in the app
-
An Eficia BMS on site
-
A consumption history
-
A valid geographical location (for calculation of UDD)
-
How to access it?
Follow-up
> Consumption > tab Comparison by groupsHow does it work?
Each line of the table represents a group of sites.
The columns display different metrics over the selected period:
- Performance indicator (kW/m²/DJU/h.ouv): normalized consumption, enabling a normalized comparison between groups by taking climate into account (DJU).
- Energy label (kW/m²/h.ouv): Standardized indicator not taking climate into account (DJU)
-
Total consumption (kWh) over the selected period
-
opening hours of sites. This figure is based on data collected by the Eficia BMS.
-
DJU (Degrees of unified days) : Indicator used to quantify thermoregulation requirements over a period. To find out more about this indicator, click here.
You can customize the period analyzed (e.g. week, month, customized period) via the date selector at the top of the page.
The aim is to quickly identify which groups are performing best (low ratio) and which require corrective action (high ratio).
Frequently asked questions
Why aren't some groups displayed?
All sites in the group must have the necessary data: surface area, location, schedules, consumption history.
What does the kW/m²/DJU/h.ouv ratio mean?
It's a measure of energy performance adjusted according to:
- electricity consumption (kWh)
-
m² (surface area),
-
DJU (unified degree days, linked to the weather),
-
opening hours.
The lower the ratio, the more efficient the site or group.
Can I change the comparison indicator?
Yes, you can choose other metrics via the drop-down menu above the table.
Can I see the details of my sites?
Yes, you can choose to display the details of ranked sites by checking "Site name" via the drop-down menu above the table.
