What's it for?
This page allows you to compare energy performance site by site. It is particularly useful for quickly identifying the best and worst performers in your fleet in terms of electricity consumption.
Two key indicators are displayed for each site:
-
performance indicator (Wh/m²/DJU/h.ouv): this indicator enables sites of different sizes and locations to be compared on an equitable basis. It takes into account surface area, weather (DJU) and opening hours.
-
Energy label (Wh/m²/h.ouv): a simpler indicator that does not take weather into account, useful for getting a rough view of consumption per m² and per opening hour.
Prerequisites
To view this page, you must be an Eficia [Pro] customer with an Eficia BMS.
For each site you need :
-
-
A surface area entered in the app
-
An Eficia BMS on site (for opening hours)
-
A consumption history
-
A valid geographical location (for UDD calculation)
-
How to access?
Suivi Parc > Consumption > Electricity > tab Top / flop
How does it work?
-
Use the drop-down menu to choose the analysis period (e.g.: the previous month).
-
The table displays one line per site, with two main columns:
-
performance indicator: the lower it is, the better the site performs.
-
energy label: the lower it is, the better the site performs.
-
Sites are automatically ranked (from lowest to highest performance), and values are colored for quick reading:
- Red: high consumption
-
Orange: average consumption
-
Green: optimized consumption
These colors help you to visually spot performance gaps in your park.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the two indicators?
The performance indicator is normalized with the weather (DJU), making it more reliable for comparing two sites in different climatic regions. Theenergy label is a raw view, without weather adjustment.
Can I export this data?
Yes, by clicking on the export icon (if enabled in your interface), you can extract the data from the table in CSV or Excel format. You can also add unique ids using the drop-down menu at the top left of the table.
Why don't some sites appear?
Check that consumption data is available for the selected period, and that the surface area is specified for these sites. Also check that the site is equipped with a functional BMS.
How are the opening hours used in the indicators determined?
The opening hours used in the Eficia indicators (performance indicator and energy label) use an intelligent method to define opening hours: they are based on actual activity detected on site via the BMS (Building Management System). We consider a site to be open when the on-site alarm is deactivated.
