Add a control panel counter

  • Updated

(this screenshot is not necessarily the latest version of the Eficia App)

What's the point?

The addition of a control room meter enables consumption data from local suppliers (e.g. ES Strasbourg, GEDIA Dreux, etc.) to be viewed directly on the Eficia application. The process is semi-automated in order to guarantee the link between the user and the control company, which is essential for the reliable opening of flows.

NB1: the process voluntarily requires non-automated user action to ensure a direct link with the control room, should the control room lack the information required to open the flow.

NB2: mass import/edit of control room counters is not available.

Prerequisites

  • The site must already have been created on the
  • application. You need to know the control room concerned
  • . You need basic information on the counter to be added (name, number, holder, etc.)

How to access it?

> Configuration > Sites > Add a meter Regies

(this screenshot is not necessarily the latest version of the Eficia App)

How does it work?

Case 1: add a counter from an agency whose data is already on the in-house tool (Ensylog):

If the site is already on the app

In this case, the counter is in principle already synchronized. [If you are internal to Eficia: if in doubt, create a ticket on the IT support portal]

If the site has recently been added

Add the counter using the classic method, fill in the fields, then click on Validate.

You can stop there. There's no need to sign the document you'll receive by e-mail, as the data is currently being imported and should arrive within the week. [If you are internal to Eficia: contact the Data team by creating a ticket on the IT support portal]

Case 2: add a known control room counter

List of supported control rooms (current as of July 9, 2025):

  • ES Strasbourg
  • GEREDIS Niort
  • RESEDA Metz
  • EDSB Briançon
  • VIALIS Colmar
  • GEDIA Dreux
  • SICAE Aisne
  • REB Bitche
  • SOREA St Jean
  • SRD Poitiers
  • CESML St MArtin de Londres
  • ENES Hombourg-Haut
  • RMMS La Réole
  • SYNLEVA Chartres
  • SICAP Pithiviers
  • SICAE Oise
  • SICAE SOMME-CAMBRESIS

Step 1

Add the meter as in case 1 - sub-case 2.
Once you have received the e-mail, sign it and send it to via the address indicated in the e-mail. Just follow the steps. Please copy supportapp@eficia.com

⚠️ In some cases, Eficia does not know the e-mail address. If this is the case, the user who added the meter must contact Eficia by visiting their website. In all cases, the steps involved are explained in the e-mail you receive.
In all cases, you will receive a PDF summarizing the request to be sent to the management company. This PDF must be signed by the meter holder. It is possible that the utility will ask you to complete a file other than the one generated by the app; however, this is relatively rare.

Step 2

Check your e-mails regularly. If everything is correct, the control office will automatically transmit the data to Eficia.
If any information is missing, you will receive an e-mail to complete the request.

Case 3: Control not yet taken over

This occurs if the control is not indicated in the list of proposed controls.

Step 1: Add the counter as before, but select Other controls.

Step 2: Fill in the required fields + the agency name.

Step 3: By clicking on Add a counter, an e-mail is automatically sent to support@appeficia.com .

Eficia will then contact the agency and integrate the feeds. This process may take longer, depending on the agency's responsiveness. [If you are internal to Eficia: if in doubt, create a ticket on the IT support portal].

  • Bulk import or editing of counters from is not available.

Frequently asked questions Do I have to sign the document I receive by e-mail? → Yes, only if you are the owner of the meter. If not, have the meter holder sign the document. Why do I have to contact the régie myself? → This ensures that the information is correct and reduces unnecessary back and forth. Why can't I add my electricity meter? → Make sure that the meter you are trying to add is an Enedis meter, or one from a local régie. Accordingly, choose the right method for adding a meter. → If you've added a régie meter, it may take a while for the data to come up on the application. We do our best to ensure that this happens quickly, but we are dependent on the control rooms, whose efficiency can vary. In some cases, we may not be able to upload the data.
