Performance indicator - Last month

The performance indicator is a ratio that excels at comparing energy performance between sites or groups of sites. It is calculated over one month and compared with the previous month.

A site with a low performance indicator will be considered more energy efficient than a site with a high performance indicator. ph25]On this ratio we find:

-Wh: Consumption of the site or group of sites

-UDD : Unified degree days. These take into account heating or cooling requirements as a function of the site's outside temperature. This component makes it easier to compare sites with different locations and climates.

-m2 : The surface area is used to normalize consumption according to the surface area of the site. ph35]-opening hours : Opening hours are used to normalize consumption according to the occupancy rate of the site. Opening hours are defined according to PLC data.

Energy label - Last month

The energy label is a ratio that allows comparison of energy performance between sites or groups of sites. It is calculated over one month and compared with the previous month.

A site with a low label will be considered more energy efficient than a site with a high performance indicator.

This ratio is:

-Wh : Consumption of the site or group of sites. ph50]-m2 : The surface area is used to normalize consumption according to the surface area of the site. ph53]-opening hours : Opening hours are used to normalize consumption according to the site's occupancy rate. Opening hours are defined according to PLC data.

Power consumption - Year-to-date

This is the power consumption of the site or group of sites since the beginning of the year.

ICE comfort index

The Eficia ICE comfort index is an indicator in the form of a score out of ten that allows you to simply assess the comfort of a site controlled by Eficia.

This indicator is calculated on the basis of data measured on site. The data taken into account are :

- Indoor temperature

- Outdoor temperature

- Humidity

- Carbon dioxide (CO2)

Water consumption - last 30 days

This is water consumption in m3 over the last 30 days compared with the previous 30 days.

Energy label - last 30 days

Performance indicator - last 30 days

ICE comfort index - last 30 days
