Your data is stored securely in France and can only be consulted by you.
How long does it take to retrieve my electricity meter data?
Data retrieval is instantaneous for professional meters (C1, C2, C3 and C4). For Linky meters, it can take between a few minutes and a few days, depending on the version of your meter.
