Quickly add a gas meter
To add a gas meter quickly, simply go to Configuration > Sites then click on a site.
Once on the site card, click on Gas meters then Add a meter
Fill in the form to add a meter
You must fill in all the information requested on the form and tick the box authorising Eficia to retrieve your meter data, otherwise you will not be able to validate your request.
Before validating, please make sure that the postcode you enter is the one for your gas meter. If you enter a postcode that is not that of the place where your meter is installed, your request will be automatically rejected by GRDF.

Is my meter read remotely?
When you add your meter, there are several stages before we can retrieve the technical data that indicates whether or not your meter is remotely read.
When your request to add a meter has been successful (see below for the statuses that indicate that the request has been successful), you will see "Reading mode" in the "Parameters" column.
If your meter can transmit data remotely, it will say "Remote reading". On the other hand, if your meter cannot transmit its data remotely, it will be marked "Not remotely read" and we will be unable to send you your consumption data.

How long will it take for my data to arrive?
When you add your meter, there are several stages before we can retrieve your consumption data.
If your meter is remotely read, it can take up to 24 hours to retrieve your consumption data.
