What's it for?
Identify at a glance the times of the week when you have consumed the most (red boxes).
Prerequisites
In order to display the heat map you need to :
- have a site with a remotely-readable meter How do I add one or more electricity meters?
How do I access them?
Monitoring > Site > Dashboard
How does it work?
- Each square on the map represents consumption in kWh over 1 hour of the week.
- The redder the square, the higher the site's consumption, and vice versa; the beigeer the square, the lower the consumption in kWh.
- This makes it easy to distinguish between periods of high consumption and abnormal consumption (a red square in the middle of the night, for example).
Example: if your site is never open on Sundays and your equipment such as lighting, heating and air conditioning is systematically switched off on that day, then you should be alerted if you see dark boxes, identical to the data for days when all your equipment is in operation.
Data problems
(This screenshot is not necessarily the latest version of the Eficia App).
There are several reasons why there may be no data:
- The meter on the site is not remotely readable.
See Is my meter remotely readable?
- The meter can be read remotely, but there hasn't been any data for a week. This may be due to a fault with the meter.
Frequently asked questions
I can't see any data, why?
See "Data problems" above.
Why is today's data grey?
If only today's data is grey, it is probably because it has not yet been made available by Enedis.
